Chris is passionate about his hairdressing business, as well as his staff and clients. He loves providing great service and making people smile and happy. In his spare time, Chris loves art, gardening, interior design, music and spending time with family and friends. He has an eye for detail (some might say fussy).
Career:
Over the years, Chris has completed many courses, including Trevor Sorbie Wig Cutting and Fitting, Jamie Benny, Lee Stafford, Anthony Mascolo, Redken Cutting and many more cutting courses. Chris’ work has been seen in Passion, Hair and HJ magazines. Chris was also a Finalist for Clynot Young Talent.

Nigel loves hairdressing, especially cutting and has many clients who have been with him from the outset.
Career:
Nigel trained at Chichester College from 1982-1984, then moved on to working for salons in Bognor Regis during 1984-1990 (none of which are in business anymore). Then in 1990, Nigel set up Buzby and Blue with Chris. Nigel even worked in a salon in Butlins at one point in his life!

Louisa is married and has three children. One is studying in Animation, another is training to be a Paramedic, and the third is training to be a teacher. We would describe Louisa as bubbly, chatty and friendly. In her spare time, she loves visiting and working on her allotment.
Career:
Louisa started hairdressing in 1988 and trained in Bognor Regis and Chichester. She then worked in London for 3 years for Charles Worthington as a Senior Stylist and an Art Team member, taking part in London Fashion Week and hair shows such as Salon International. Louisa has now been working for Buzby and Blue for nearly three years.

Sophie loves the social side of working here at Buzby and Blue. She loves meeting new people and making great friends.
Career:
Sophie started at Buzby and Blue in April 2008 as a Saturday girl. She completed her apprenticeship and became a Stylist in September 2010. Since then Sophie has been building the most amazing clientele and developing her skills in colour and cutting as well as Keratin Blowdrys. In January 2016 Sophie became an Educator in the Academy here at Buzby and Blue and completed her training. We promoted her to Assistant Manager back in November 2017.

Tiffany started working in a small local salon as a Saturday girl, then started her apprenticeship as she knew it was something she loved and enjoyed doing. Over the years Tiffany has attended many cutting and colouring courses with Goldwell, completed in-salon training, as well as various courses with Redken.

About:
Nikki has 2 girls aged 10 and 11 years old who both have gorgeous curly hair. In Nikki’s spare time she is walking the dog, cleaning and every now and then embarking on a bit of pottery, wood carving and copper enamelling. She also loves going to the theatre and on holidays, whether just camping with the kids, or off to America to see her Dad. A random fact about Nikki is that she did Camp America at the age of 26, teaching sailing at Camp Raquett in New York State.
Career:
When Nikki was a teenager she worked at The Head as a Saturday girl. She then progressed on to working for Q Hair and Beauty for 7 years before moving on to Buzby and Blue, where she has now been working for nearly 26 years. Over the years, Nikki has done lots of courses in razor cutting, colouring as well as Advanced Hairdressing when she was initially training.

Gemma loves going to the gym, walking her dog, socialising and spending time with her family.
Career:
Gemma has been in hairdressing for over 25 years, starting at the age of 15 where she completed her level 2 and 3 in hairdressing. Gemma has also completed a Master Colour course with Wella alongside some cutting courses with Vidal Sassoon in London, Bond Street. Furthermore, Gemma has completed a Scalp Specialist course with Philip Kingsley. Gemma then moved house, leading to her working at Number 40 Salon in Chichester where she remained for 7 years. In that time Gemma built a busy clientele and completed her Master colouring with Goldwell. She then started working here at Buzby and Blue nearly 3 years ago and has gained on her skills and built an even stronger clientele.

Ruby has been working here at Buzby and Blue for 6 and a half years. She qualified back in Spring 2022 and is very passionate about making her clients happy and filling them with confidence through their hair. Hairdressing suits Ruby perfectly as she is very into fashion and hairdressing is all about keeping up to date with the latest trends. She also loves interacting with her clients and meeting new people.
Career:
Ruby got her first job at the age of 15 at Buzby and Blue as a Saturday girl. She then began her apprenticeship ay 16 when she left school. Ruby went straight into full time work which was great for her confidence and from there she gained her qualification. Now Ruby is continuing her education by embarking on different Goldwell courses to continue increasing her confidence in new skills and techniques. Ruby has been on a permanent colour course and a 2-day Ombre and Balayage course.
